Carlie is responsible for ensuring smooth delivery of programs for mayors, their senior staff, and other program participants at the Bloomberg Center for Cities.
Most recently, she served as program delivery operations manager for the Leadership Accelerator at The Bridgespan Group. In this role, Carlie led the design and delivery of educational programs for nonprofit executive teams, supporting over 620 organizations and 3,500 leaders. She is recognized for her expertise in developing scalable operational processes, managing cross-functional teams, and implementing data-driven improvements.
Before her work at Bridgespan, Carlie managed sales operations and program strategy at Farm Fresh Rhode Island, where she led initiatives to support regional food innovation and sustainability. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in environmental studies from Brown University and is an active member of the Cambridge community through the city’s Recycling Advisory Committee.
