About

Santiago is a Research Fellow for the Bloomberg Harvard City Leadership Initiative, working closely with Jorrit de Jong and faculty from Harvard Business School on cross-sector collaboration. Santiago’s research examines the barriers, enablers, and governance structures that typically occur in cross-sector collaborations involving city government. Outputs from the project will include journal articles, practitioner articles, teaching materials, and frameworks that help translate new knowledge into actionable content.

Santiago served as Macroeconomic Policy Advisor in his native city of Bogotá, Colombia. He holds a BA and MA in Economics, as well as a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
