Data Analyst, Impact Assessment and Evaluation
Ashley is a Data Analyst for Impact Assessment and Evaluation. In this role, Ashley aims to understand the impact that the Initiative is making on cities and how the organization can continuously improve in all workstreams. She leads data collection and analysis on surveys and interviews to measure how mayors and city officials grow key leadership skills and build organizational capabilities, apply learnings to solve problems, and ultimately impact residents.
Most recently, Ashley was a Senior Research Assistant focused on strengthening public health outcomes for city residents through housing code enforcement. Ashley earned a Master in Public Policy from Harvard Kennedy School in 2020. Prior to graduate school, she was a professional grassroots organizer at the local and national levels. Ashley is a passionate believer in city governments’ power to transform individuals’ lives and collective communities for the better through data-driven, evidence-based, and equity-focused policies.
