About

Ryan is a summer associate with the city support team, researching and tracking 2023 municipal elections in the United States. His work aims to understand the issues that matter most to newly elected mayors and will help shape this fall’s iteration of the Program for New Mayors. Ryan is currently a student at the Harvard Kennedy School, working towards a master’s degree in public policy.

Prior to his time at Harvard, Ryan served as a district-based caseworker for Congressman Ted Lieu, where he helped constituents access federal benefits, managed the congressman’s grants program, and acted as a liaison with community stakeholders. Ryan received his Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from the University of California, Los Angeles with majors in political science and environmental science.
